Shipping
Shipping is FREE on all orders. We ship throughout Mexico using various courier services, with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days. We also offer express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 48 to 72 hours. This is subject to extended-territory restrictions. For international shipments, customers are assisted via clientes@alturasiete.com. International shipping is quoted depending on the destination; shipments are made via FEDEX OR UPS to the customer's address, and the customer is responsible for any additional customs payments.
Returns
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. You may return any item purchased online for any of the following reasons: A delivery mistake in which the item shipped is not the model you selected, as long as the product is unused and shows no signs of mistreatment. The item has a manufacturing defect. There are NO exchanges or returns on products with markdowns or discounts applied, nor on used, mistreated or stained merchandise. Any exchange or return due to a delivery mistake of model or incorrect size must be made only within the first 30 calendar days from delivery of the product. After this time the exchange will NOT proceed.
01 WHAT YOU NEED To get started you will need a polishing sponge and a microfiber towel to wipe off dust.
02 USE THE SPONGE With the polishing sponge and WITHOUT adding any other substance, wax or liquid, gently rub the material in circular motions.
03 KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THE SUN Make sure to store your shoes or bags where sunlight does not reach them directly, since over time it can fade them.
04 WIPE OFF THE DUST INSIDE AND OUT Take the microfiber towel and remove the dust from the outside and inside of the shoe or bag. Do it carefully and gently.
05 STORE IN THE ORIGINAL BOX Then be sure to keep your shoes or bag in their original fabric pouch and in their box to protect them from dust and moisture.
06 AVOID GETTING THEM WET Avoid at all costs getting your shoes or bags wet with water or any cleaning liquid other than the one indicated for the product's material.
