Error in the delivery of any item sent as it is not the model you selected, as long as the product is not used and does not show signs of abuse. The item has a manufacturing defect.

There are NO changes or returns on products with sales or discounts applied, or on used, damaged or stained merchandise.

Any change or return due to mistaken delivery of the model or incorrect size must be made only within the first 30 calendar days from the delivery of the product. After this time the change will NOT proceed.

In exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects, the return must be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery of the product. After this time, the refund will NOT proceed.

We will review the request, and once authorized, we will send a SHIPPING KEY by email.

The product must be delivered unused, in the original box with which the merchandise was delivered and without damage; to the indicated parcel office.

We will communicate by email to notify the delivery date of the new product.

The shipment of the new product may take between 8 to 10 business days. The shipping cost will be covered by Altura Siete. From a second change request, you will have to absorb the shipping cost.
