CHANGES

1) In case you wish to exchange the product received for another variant of the model, whether color or size, you must report the correct description of the merchandise you wish to exchange to clientes@alturasiete.com within the first 15 calendar days from when you received your package. Applies only to regular price models.

Models that are discounted do not apply for exchanges or returns.

When making your report, it is necessary to indicate the product you will send back, as well as the new exchange item (model, color and size).

2) The company will send you an approval email.

3) You will receive a pre-paid guide via email and you will have to send the exchange product via courier to the company and Altura Siete will be responsible for resending you the requested exchange product.

4) Shipping of your new product may take between 3 to 10 business days. For the first exchange, the company will absorb the costs generated by this shipment in one go. For a second request, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

RETURNS

Our commitment is to offer you unique and high quality items, and based on this premise, you can return and/or exchange any item purchased on the website www.alturasiete.com , for the following reasons:

a) If the item has manufacturing defects. BOOTS AND FOOTWEAR IN GENERAL . Broken clasp, or in the case of studs, rivets or any decorative detail that has come loose due to the handling of the box during transport.

b) If there is an error in the item sent, as long as it does not show signs of abuse or use.

c) The purchased product does not fit your size or you wish to exchange it for a different model, colour or size.

Below are the steps you must follow to make a refund effective:

  1. In the case of defective or damaged merchandise, a physical exchange of the product will be applied only if it is reported within the first 15 calendar days from when you have received your order.
  2. If you wish to exchange a size, model or color, the exchange will only proceed if it is reported within the first 15 calendar days after delivery of the product.
  3. To generate your request and obtain your return guide, it is important that you have the following information ready:
      • Order number.
      • Email with which you registered your order.
      • Model/Description/Color/Size of the products to be returned.
      • Photograph of the products to be returned. For warranty cases (damaged product), send a photograph showing the damage. For cases where it is not the product you ordered, send a photo of the label and the product you received.
      • Reason for return.
  4. Start your request by sending an email to clientes@alturasiete.com
  5. Please indicate the model you will return, the reason for your request and select the new model and/or exchange size. Please clearly state the reason and details of your exchange, as your request will be processed with the information you provide during registration.
  6. Your application will be reviewed and a preliminary verification will be made to ensure that it meets the requirements to generate your return guide.
  7. If approved, you will be sent an email indicating the step-by-step process to follow, as well as an electronic guide with the shipping information. Unless your application has been rejected and the reason is explicitly stated in the email you will receive.
  8. Upon receiving the electronic guide, you must print it and deliver the specified product to any shipping office.

The first exchange/return made for your purchase will not generate shipping costs for you** (Regular Price Designs), as long as it is indicated in that way in the email that is sent to you, and the report is prepared within a maximum period of 15 calendar days for exchanges and 15 days for product quality issues.

Please note: For subsequent change requests arising from the same order, you will be required to cover the shipping costs, regardless of the total amount of your order.

 IMPORTANT:  

  • If upon receiving your package, you notice that the tape or strapping has been removed, it is open or damaged, before signing for receipt, verify with the courier delivery operator that your products are in good condition and complete. When signing for receipt, you can make a note about the condition in which your package arrived. If any item is missing, report it within a period of no more than 48 business hours to the courier company and send us an email to clientes@alturasiete.com with the details of your order and photographic evidence of the condition of the box. If this time period is not met, it will not be possible to make any claim.

  • If you receive an incorrect order or one with a factory defect, it will be exchanged at no cost to you. And the discount will be honored on the established or published dates.
  • All purchases made in the Online Store that require an exchange or return must be made directly in the Online Store; exchanges or returns will not be made in physical stores.
  • If you have any request or case other than those mentioned above, please send an email to clientes@alturasiete.com with the details of your request.

REFUNDS

If the product has a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, you can request a refund if the following conditions are met:

1) In the case of defective merchandise, refunds are only accepted within the first 15 calendar days from delivery of the product.

2) In the event of incorrect or damaged merchandise being reported, a refund may be applied only if it was reported within the first 15 days after delivery, to the following telephone numbers: Customer Service Telephone Numbers: or to the email clientes@alturasiete.com attaching a description and photograph showing the type of manufacturing damage. *Send a photograph indicating the manufacturing defect.

3) In case of refund, you will receive a pre-paid guide by email from Altura Siete, so that you can present the guide and the item for refund at the courier's offices. In addition, the purchased product will be sent in excellent condition, unused and in its original packaging via courier, within the first 15 calendar days, free of charge. After this date, it will not be possible to apply this policy.

4) Once the product is delivered to us, we will contact you to confirm receipt of the merchandise and begin the refund process.


PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS.

The prices of the products offered on our site already include VAT and are expressed in Mexican Pesos.

We reserve the right to modify the sales prices offered on the site at any time and without prior notice; your Purchase Order will maintain the price of each product at the time you generated and paid for your purchase.

Our website www.alturasiete.com has exclusive promotions and prices for online purchases, not applicable in physical stores.

You can pay for your purchases by selecting any of the following payment types: Payments via PayPal, Oxxo pay, Conekta, Visa, Master Card and Amex and Bank Transfer or Deposit.

For payments by bank transfer, the system gives you a maximum of 2 business days to make your deposit or transfer of the agreed amount to be paid, otherwise, your order will be cancelled and the product will be put up for sale again.

If you request a refund, we ask that you confirm your details so that we can refund your money to the original account from which you issued your payment.


CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE ORDER

When you create your order, your cart may be open for a maximum period of 4 hours, during which time you must change the status of your order to payment, otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will have to create your purchase order again.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Currently it is only possible to deliver orders to the entire Mexican Republic, if you require it internationally, please request a quote.

The shipping and billing address must be identical and exactly match your name, address and zip code as it appears on your credit card in order to process your order. This information is used as part of the validation process for your credit card payment.

ALTURA SIETE reserves the right to cancel orders and even the User's account when any attempt is detected to alter the native operation of the site and the purchasing process in order to modify product pricing rules, add non-participating coupons or grant benefits that the Company has not authorized in its general policies. Your request will be reviewed against inventory, if confirmed you will receive an email with more details.
