Shipping
We ship throughout Mexico using various courier services, with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.
We also offer express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 48-72 hours. This is subject to restrictions in certain areas.
For international shipping, please contact us at clientes@alturasiete.com. International shipping costs will be quoted based on the destination. Shipments are made via FedEx or UPS to the customer's address. The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees.
Free returns
Delivery of the wrong item (not the model you selected), provided the product is unused and shows no signs of damage. The item has a manufacturing defect.
There are no exchanges or returns on discounted or sale items, nor on used, damaged, or stained merchandise. Any exchange or return due to incorrect model or size delivery must be made within the first 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, exchanges will not be processed.
We would currently allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive just to be safe, although it could take much less time!

Después asegúrate de guardar tus zapatos o bolso en su pouch de tela original y en su caja para protegerlos del polvo y la humedad.
06 EVITA MOJARLOS
Evita a toda costa mojar los zapatos o bolsos con agua o cualquier otro líquido de limpieza que no sea el indicado para el material del producto.
