HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK AT ALTURA SIETE?

The standard home delivery shipping cost is $150 MXN and FREE on purchases over $2,000 MXN.

We ship throughout Mexico with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.

We also offer express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 48 to 72 hours. This is subject to extended-territory restrictions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HOW DOES IT WORK?

For international shipments, customers are assisted via clientes@alturasiete.com, or through our WhatsApp +52 811 241 68 38. International shipping is quoted depending on the destination; shipments are made via FEDEX OR UPS to the customer's address, and the customer is responsible for any additional customs payments.

DATA VERIFICATION AND REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For orders paid by credit or debit card, the customer will be asked to authenticate their data by providing official identification, in order to prevent fraud and purchases not authorized by the customer. The data will be treated confidentially in accordance with our privacy notice. If it is not possible to verify the customer's identity and data, the order cannot be shipped.
