SHIPPING
Delivery time anywhere in Mexico is 3 to 7 business days after your payment has been confirmed and validated, which takes a maximum of 72 business hours.
Our home deliveries by courier are completely free on all purchases of MXN $2,000.00 or more (cumulative per order).
Below is some information to keep in mind when placing and processing your orders:
1) Orders received Monday through Thursday after 12:00 pm will begin processing the next business day.
2) Orders received on Friday after 12:00 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on Monday, starting with payment validation and then shipping.
3) Free shipping applies only to purchases of MXN $2,000.00 or more (cumulative, amount per order).
4) The customer must cover shipping costs if the order is under MXN $2,000, unless your purchase explicitly states otherwise. The shipping cost will be shown before you complete payment.
Once your payment has been validated, we will send you your tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment in the Tracking section of the courier's website.
The courier will make 3 delivery attempts at your address. If no one is available to receive your package on the third visit, you can pick it up directly at the courier's office within the following 5 business days, presenting an official ID and the tracking number.
IMPORTANT:
If, upon receiving your package, you notice that the tape or strapping has been removed, or that it is open or damaged, check with the courier's delivery driver that your products are complete and in good condition before signing for receipt. When you sign for receipt, you can make a note about the condition in which your package arrived. If any item is missing, report it to the courier within 48 business hours at the latest and send us an email at clientes@alturasiete.com with your order details and photographic evidence of the condition of the box. If this time frame is not met, it will not be possible to make a claim.
DELIVERY TIME DURING BUEN FIN AND DECEMBER
The estimated delivery time during Buen Fin (Mexico's annual shopping event) and December is 15 to 21 business days. Altura Siete informs the customer that a single order may be split into several deliveries.
REFUNDS ON BUEN FIN AND DECEMBER PURCHASES
Altura Siete notifies customers that refunds requested for purchases made during Buen Fin or December may take around 15 business days.
AVAILABILITY
If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email or phone call of the total or partial cancellation of the order, and a store credit or refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Altura Siete is not obliged to ship a different, higher-priced product when an item is out of stock, since displayed availability is subject to stock on hand.
