Delivery time for the entire Mexican Republic is 3 to 7 business days after confirmation and validation of your payment, which takes a maximum of 72 business hours.
Our home deliveries are completely free by parcel on all your purchases equal to or greater than $3,000.00 pesos (accumulated per order).
Below, we provide you with information to consider when generating and processing your orders:
1) Orders received from Monday to Thursday after 12:00 hrs will begin processing the next business day.
2) Orders received on Friday after 12:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on Monday to begin payment validation and then ship.
3) Free shipping will be applicable only on purchases equal to or greater than $3,000.00 pesos (cumulative, amount per order).
4) The user must cover the transportation costs if their order is less than $3,000 pesos, unless otherwise explicitly stated in their purchase. The cost of freight will be indicated prior to full payment.
Once your payment has been validated, we will send you your tracking number, where you will be provided with the tracking number of the parcel so that you can find out the status of your shipment in the Tracking section through the parcel's website.
The parcel will make 3 delivery attempts to your home, but if on the third visit no one is found to receive your package, you can pick it up directly at the parcel office during the following 5 business days, presenting an Official Identification and tracking number.
If upon receiving your package, you detect that the tape or strapping was removed, it is open or damaged, prior to signing for receipt, verify with the parcel delivery operator that your products are in good condition and complete. When you sign for receipt, you can make a note about the status of your package. If you present any missing item, report it within a period of no more than 48 business hours to the parcel service and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and photographic evidence of the condition of the box. If you do not comply with this period of time it will not be possible to make any claim.
The estimated delivery time in good order and December is 15 to 21 business days. Altura Siete informs the Customer that it is possible for the same order to be divided into several deliveries.
Altura Siete notifies that refunds requested from successful or December purchases may take around 15 business days.
In the event that the Product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email or call about the total or partial cancellation of their order, a balance in favor or refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Altura Siete is not obliged to send another product of a more expensive amount due to non-existence of merchandise, since the availability displayed is while supplies last.
