My Creative Process: Where Altura Siete Is Born

For me, creating is not just designing shoes. It is listening, observing, feeling and transforming emotions into shapes, colors and textures.

Altura Siete was born from a dream, yes… but also from a deep need to express who I am, what I feel and what I see in other women: strength, vulnerability, beauty, evolution.

Every collection begins with a very personal question:

What does a real woman need today to feel powerful without ceasing to be herself?

From there, my creative process takes shape. Here I share how it happens, step by step:

1. Inspiration and intuition: the initial spark

It all starts with an emotion or an observation. It may come from a trip, a conversation, a personal stage of life. I draw inspiration from what a woman lives inside, from the energy she wants to project and from the connection between her inner and outer worlds.

2. Research into international trends

I study what is coming in color, materials, shapes and style globally, but not to copy it: I filter it through the DNA of Altura Siete. I analyze runways, international trade fairs, trend reports and, above all, women's emotional movements. What are they feeling? What do they want to reflect?

3. Color palette and concept

I define the collection's colors as if they were moods. For Connection, for example, I chose citrus tones to reflect vitality, animal print as a symbol of power, floral prints to represent growth, and colors such as currant and stained glass that evoke depth and expression.

4. Material selection

I work with different domestic leather suppliers and alternative materials. We test texture, strength, flexibility and color. I look for materials that not only look good but convey emotions and feel spectacular to wear.

5. Sketching and collection structure

I draw the first models by hand, looking for variety in silhouettes: sandals, sneakers, platforms… each responds to a need of use. Then I organize the collection so that it balances the commercial and the daring.

6. Prototypes and testing

With the pattern makers, we create the first samples. This is where the real challenge begins: adjusting lasts, heights, cuts and details. Several tests are done until the shoe has design, balance, comfort and presence.

7. Functionality and comfort review

I try them on. I give them to other women. We walk in them, we wear them. This is where inner details are adjusted: type of insole, platform thickness, ideal height, firmness or softness. For me, aesthetics should never be at odds with comfort.

8. Final sample: a wearable work of art is born

When a model manages to bring everything together: concept, technique, aesthetics and emotion… we recognize it: it is a wearable work of art.

This is how we conceive every pair at Altura Siete. It is not just a shoe; it is a piece of design, of expression, of identity. Every line, every stitch and every combination of materials is thought of as a brushstroke that reflects the essence of a woman.

Creating is my way of connecting. And Altura Siete, my language.

Every pair of shoes I design is a reflection of who we women are: strong and sensitive, practical and dreamy, structured and free.

Thank you for inspiring me. Thank you for walking with me.

With love,
