Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us. You can return any item purchased online for any of the following reasons:

  • Mistakes in the delivery of any item sent as it is not the model you selected, as long as the product is not used and does not show signs of abuse.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

There are NO changes or returns on products with discounts or discounts applied, or on used, battered or stained merchandise.

Any change or return due to a mistake in the delivery of an incorrect model or size, must only be made in the first 30 calendar days from the delivery of the product. After this time the change will NOT proceed.

In exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects, the return must be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery of the product. After this time the return will NOT proceed.

We will review the request, and once authorized we will email a TRACKING NUMBER.

The product must be delivered unused, in the original box with which the merchandise was delivered and without damage; to the parcel office indicated.

We will communicate by email to notify the delivery date of the new product.

Shipping of the new product may take between 8 to 10 business days. The shipping cost will be covered by Altura Siete. From a second change request, you will have to absorb the shipping cost.
