Shipping Policy

The cost of standard home delivery is $150 MXN and FREE on purchases over $2,000 MXN.

We ship to the entire Mexican Republic using various parcel services with an estimated shipping time of 4-7 business days.

We also have the option of making express shipments with an estimated delivery time of between 48 and 72 hours. This is subject to extended territory restrictions.

If we make international shipments, the customer is served via: clients@alturasiete.com, international shipments will be quoted depending on the destination, shipments are made via FEDEX or UPS to the customer's address, the customer is responsible for extra customs payments.

Exchange and Return Policy

For us your satisfaction is the most important thing. You can return any item purchased online for any of the following reasons:

Error in the delivery of any item sent as it is not the model you selected, as long as the product is not used and does not show signs of abuse. The item has a manufacturing defect.

There are NO changes or returns on products with sales or discounts applied, or on used, damaged or stained merchandise. Any change or return due to mistaken delivery of the wrong model or size must be made only within the first 30 calendar days from the delivery of the product. After this time the change will NOT proceed.
